Rapper and style icon A$AP Nast partnered with Warby Parker this month to collaborate on a fresh pair of sunglasses called the NST2-002. Nast is one of the most influential fashion forces in hip-hop today and this collaboration is yet another opportunity to celebrate his unconventional sense of style.

Warby Parker has a history of collaborations with artists, including Toro y Moi and Pharrell in the past two years alone, where fans get the chance to emulate their favorite musicians' sense of style.

Nast is no stranger to the fashion world, partnering with Reebok for the second time in 2022 to create his own sneaker colorway for their Zig Kinetica 2.5 Edge hiking shoes. He’s also a global brand ambassador for Lacoste and has modeled for the likes of Levi, Supreme, Stüssy and more.

The limited edition sunglasses come in two unique colorways, Pink Nebula and Cloud White, both of which resonate with Nast’s eclectic fashion sense. A press release describes the style as a“forward-looking shape with elongated proportions and thick temple arms”, which gives them an avant-garde but elegant look.

Nast reached out to friend Dexter Navy ( who is also a artist, director and photographer) to shoot the collection at the Velaslavasay Panorama in Los Angeles. Shirley Kurata also styled Nast in his own wardrobe for the shoot.

Sticking to Warby Parker’s charitable mission, for each pair of the A$AP Nast sunnies purchased, a pair will also be distributed to someone in need.

The sunglasses are now available for $95 at WarbyParker.com and in select stores.
