THE HIGHLIGHT ROOM

Ascend to the heavens with a drink at The Highlight Room rooftop bar on the Lower East Side. Inspired by the historic German Winter Garden that once stood along the Bowery in the mid-18th century, this glamorous garden oasis in the sky will surely leave you speechless. Once guests head up 16 stories above the city, they are met with a luxurious bar adorned with hanging plants, fabric lanterns, lush greenery and more.
From wooden arches and antique mirrors to candelabra-style chandeliers, The Highlight Room resembles a private Garden of Eden worlds away from the hustle and bustle of New York. In addition, at the center of this public space stands a majestic olive tree, with each of its branches extending throughout the corners of the room. If not luxurious enough already, the true showstopper of this sky-high rooftop is the glass wall spanning the entire width of the room. Allowing for breathtaking panoramic views of New York’s skyline, from the Empire State Building to the Freedom Tower, guests can enjoy a refreshing drink on the outdoor terrace while marveling at the city.
SILVER LINING LOUNGE

Step into a world of enchantment and sophistication at Silver Lining Lounge. Nestled on the ground floor of Moxy Lower East Side, this intimate setting captures the essence of a dreamlike speakeasy with deep shades of blue, black and gold and ethereal whispers of silver. It’s a nocturnal retreat that beckons those seeking refuge from the busy city. Inspired by the legendary Andy Warhol’s Silver Factory, Silver Lining pays homage to the transformative power of silver through mesmerizing wallcoverings and a playful arrangement of mirrors.
Vaulted ceilings inspired by downtown loft architecture cast shadows and light that dance above, while an exquisite custom light fixture by New York artist Erin Lorek adds a touch of glamour. Warhol believed that the radiant hue of silver has the power to ignite creativity and kindle hope even in the darkest of times. Naturally, the Lounge’s name has a deeper meaning, crafted by the ingenious minds of Michaelis Boyd, Tao Group Hospitality and Lightstone during the depths of the pandemic. Silver Lining emerged as a beacon of hope and offers a destination for New Yorkers to enjoy the fusion of artistry, ambiance and socialization.
