H.E.R. has a jam session with Lenny Kravitz, Travis Barker, plus Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis
What better way to rock out than with legends of the music industry? H.E.R. opened the set with “Damage” alongside Jam and Lewis. Then, Barker joined in on drums for “We Made It.” H.E.R. closed with a version of Lenny Kravitz's hit, “Are You Gonna Go My Way,” which he assisted on guitar. The epic set will surely go down in Grammy history as one of the best performances ever. - Gabrielle Pharms
Jon Batiste gives an electrifying performance of “Freedom”
Batiste took home five Grammys and snagged the coveted Album of the Year award. He also performed “Freedom” from his album We Are. Batiste kicked off the set by playing the piano with a smooth shift into singing and bringing the music to life through dance. Many of the dancers freestyled their moves, providing an original and fresh element to the Grammys. Towards the end of the set, Batiste himself took off his blazer in a burst of excitement and busted out his fun dance moves. - Nicole Choma
Saweetie wowed in Valentino
Saweetie dazzled in not one but two looks for this year’s Grammys. In her first look, she walked the red carpet in a hot pink Valentino two-piece dress with a bustier top and a long flared skirt. She accessorized the gown with gloves, a diamond bracelet, and a gleaming necklace. After posing and taking some photos, Saweetie made her way to the parking lot of the MGM Grand and changed into her second look. She then transitioned into a custom Oscar de la Renta gown, which hugged her figure flawlessly. The second look featured a black high-low skirt cinching at the waist. The top of the dress featured a decadent embellishment of gems and ruching at the hem. She topped off her look with gorgeous silver nails and a ring to match. - Nicole Choma
BTS melted our hearts like “Butter”
Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook of BTS nailed their live rendition of “Butter” with an espionage-themed set featuring a dazzling dance break and the allure of mystery (and a flirty V charming it up with singer Olivia Rodrigo). We weren’t the only impressed viewers. The Korean pop sensation received a standing ovation. - Gabrielle Pharms
Tinashe glowed in soft pink
In a latex-looking dress by GCDS, Tinashe sizzled sultriness with a classy elegance. The pale pink frock featured a mermaid silhouette and a corset-like top with a bustier. The gown was made perfect with an oversized bow on the back, making the dress even chicer. To finish off the look, Tinashe toted a bold Coperni bag. - Nicole Choma
Lil Nas X was beautifully beaded from head to toe
Lil Nas X walked the red carpet in a lavish Balmain suit bedecked with beads that matched his playful personality. His boots were also encrusted with glistening diamonds and beads to match the pant and blazer. A colorful butterfly added a pop of hue to the ensemble at the center of the chest and upper portion of both arms. We also loved Lil Nas’ hint of blue eyeshadow in the inner corner of his eyes, which complemented the butterflies. - Nicole Choma
Silk Sonic delivers a thrilling performance of “777”
The duo opened the ceremony with a performance of “777” from their debut Grammy Award-winning album, An Evening with Silk Sonic. Anderson .Paak played drums while Bruno Mars was on guitar and provided soul-stirring vocals. The look and vibe nodded at 1970s Vegas with the duo clad in leather, gems, and glitter. It’s no wonder Silk Sonic garnered three awards from the evening, including Best R&B/Rap Song, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year for “Leave the Door Open.” - Gabrielle Pharms
